To the extent you have control over the import routine (via VBA) try removing the first character if it is an Enter. That is probably why there is no data in Outlook. I am having an additional issue decoding CSV issue. So quotes appear to be necessary when the value is more than one word. Plus, Mac conversions of csv seem to use a space as a value break point as well.
